Kristine is a Level 2 Certified Lightyear Leadership Coach where she focuses on working with people to design and create a visionary life to live from. In 2021, during the pandemic, Kristine participated in the Level 1 year-long training with Susanne Conrad, the Founder of Lightyear Leadership, focusing on setting a vision for herself, as well as learning to coach others to hold a vision for their future and live for today. Kristine continued onto Level 2 training, to learn and coach on the Cycles of Success, led by Daniel McCall. She utilizes the principles of Lightyear Leadership in all of her endeavors; which Kristine accredits her work with Lightyear is what made her decide to pursue her Masters in Business Administration at Rutgers University after being out of school for over 20 years.

Kristine loves the artistry of life and believes we all have the power to design our future. The first time Kristine was introduced to Lightyear and learned its principles, she felt like she was given a guidebook on how to create the life she envisioned for her future. Kristine curiously experiments with different techniques to cultivate the art of coaching. As a coach, she encourages others to be bold and imaginative to create extraordinary possibilities into reality, in all areas of life because her life’s purpose is to inspire others to live in their greatness.
