About Kristine Go
My name is Kristine Go. I am an artist who is passionate about design, yoga and everything in between. My main purpose is to cultivate and create world that visually and energetically inspiring.
Based and originally from New Jersey, Kristine has lived all over the United States. A trained creative professional, Kristine earned a Bachelors' in Fine Art with an emphasis in Fashion & Textile Design at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, CA. Since then Kristine has went on to work for and with retailers and designers across the globe for the past 20 years (and still going). With an obsession for design and inspiring other creatives, Kristine launched Pattern Curator as a blog turned trend + design consulting business in 2014.
To balance out the demands of the fashion industry, Kristine found yoga as another means for self-expression and self-discovery. Kristine is a Certified Baptiste Yoga Teacher. She has trained with Baron Baptiste and has completed over 1200 hours of teaching and training. Kristine uses the principles and techniques of yoga in all aspects of her life - as an integral foundation for all creative endeavors. In 2016, Kristine launched another business, Go Yoga, where she designed all the prints and patterns for yoga pants, travels and hosts pop-up yoga classes and shops to promote well-being and living an expressive life.
Today, you can find Kristine working out of her new art gallery venture, MK Apothecary, that she has started with her life partner, Michael Aguirre. The word ‘apothecary’ is a derivative of store house, or warehouse. The philosophy behind MK Apothecary is that it’s an artists’ storehouse - where all things artistic and created will be stored and shared.
